Diesel Mechanics & Fleet Technicians

Join our team as a fleet mechanic or diesel technician at our Newport and Elk River, MN facilities. We provide top-of-the-line tools, a supportive team environment, and the chance to work on a variety of trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include:

- Preventive maintenance programs

- Repairs on hydraulics, suspension, brake systems, and drivetrains

- Welding and custom fabrication

- DOT inspections and diagnostics

Dispatcher / Driver Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a 50-truck fleet. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and productivity while supporting our drivers and customers.

Qualifications:

- Dispatch or driver supervision experience

- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements

- Strong organizational and communication skills
